1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AgilePlanner (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AgilePlanner is a project management application for iOS and macOS that helps you manage Quarters, Sprints, and Teams. The App is free to download and use, and offers an optional auto-renewable “Pro” subscription that unlocks additional features.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AgilePlanner offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• AgilePlanner Pro Monthly — 1-month subscription (price shown in the App)
• AgilePlanner Pro Yearly — 12-month subscription (price shown in the App)

Subscribers gain access to unlimited sprints, unlimited teams, and home-screen widgets on iOS and macOS.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App’s functionality.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of AgilePlanner (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored locally on your device and may be synced via your private iCloud container. We do not collect, store, or have access to your data. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
